Oh sweet baby Sophia.  I can't get enough of her.  She is SO sweet, and sleepy, and cuddly, and oh so precious, clearly!  Eeeek, I could just stare at her adorable little features all day!  It's clear her mommy & daddy are doing just that .. who wouldn't?? =)

I could definitely feel the love in this little family, as they cuddled and gave kisses, and changed her little outfits and tiny diapers.  This little girl is loved and adored by many, that's for sure, including me =)!  I feel so lucky to be able to photograph this special time, as it's gone before we know it!

Thank you Ariel & Adrian, for letting me spend the day with you guys and be apart of this beautiful little girls first week of life!  <3<3

The first KJCo. Photography blog post!  Whoohoo =)  (Teehee!  Fair warning:  I tend to be a bit more silly and ramble in my blogs, if that works for you - read on my friends =D . Oh, that, and I love smiley-faces!)

Last weekend I had the pleasure of photographing an old friend, her husband, and their bun in the oven!  I haven't seen her since she's gotten married (WHAT?!  How does the time fly so fast??), so it was SO much fun to be able to touch that precious belly ...  and to meet her sweet, adoring husband, of course ;).  They are such a cute couple, and complete model-look-alikes (lucky me, right? ;-D).

My favorite part about photographing, is that we've captured a moment in time that will never be the same.  I feel that is especially true with maternity shoots - those belly's are always changing and growing, and before you know it, gone!  (I do know this from personal experience of having my daughter in 2010 and not getting a maternity session, whopsie!! =( I highly recommend it, you're going to want to remember it!!!)

I am so flattered that Kimber and Erik let me capture such an incredible and special time, as her belly, and their family grows.  They were so much fun to spend the day with and I send them lots of love and luck in their last few weeks of pregnancy and labor and beyond, as they welcome their precious baby boy into this world!!! <3<3
